We respond in person - rapidly, and we are on call 24/7. Every precaution has been taken to design systems to handle any issues typical in retail, but if a problem is encountered, we are on call. You do not need to talk to a pre-programmed machine, go through four layers of menus and wait hours or days for a response.
We understand that time is of the essence in retail; that's why we have a team of Support Specialists who are able to provide assistance to thousands of stores in Australia and around the world. The support team log all calls and make every endeavour to resolve issues on the spot. If needed, the technical team is also engaged to resolve the problem so that the impact on your business is minimised.
Upgrades
The remote upgrade facility allows your Head Office staff to easily install new versions of SMS software at each store, with no disruption to store operations and with full retention of the existing store data.
We ensure that all versions of our software are backwards compatible, so there should never be any issues or interruptions when updating your software in the stores.
