Support Analyst (Melbourne, CBD)

Even the best run IT department, equipped with the best software in the world, will occasionally need to "call the ambulance". Whenever any of our retail customers has an urgent issue they do just that: they call our Global Support Desk.

If you are passionate about assisting others then we would like to have you on our support team. However, you must also have certain technical skills, so previous experience in Retail IT is important to do well in this role.

You will need to have excellent phone and general communication skills. Your understanding of retail systems will be essential in the investigation of complex issues, sometimes in a high-pressure environment.
