Every major construction project requires a good architect to make sure that when a house (or a machine) is built, it is functional, easy to use, reliable and solid, and that it looks good.
Construction of complex software is no different and, if anything, it needs even more architectural and design work. Retail Directions challenge is even bigger, as we want our product to be the world's best.

To do well in this role you will need a unique blend of strong technical, business, as well as creative design skills. You must have a passion for building things, and to do it well. You must also have the desire to see your creations being used by the customers, making a real, positive difference in their work.
This is a senior role, so we will expect you to have done a similar job before, for a number of years.
Since all our systems use the Windows platform, your experience should ideally be in a similar technical environment.
