Service Delivery Manager (Melbourne, CBD)
Running an IT Department in a retail enterprise is a demanding task. So, when large retail organisations use Retail Directions system, we need to assist them by working closely with their technical experts and their business teams.
Service Delivery Manager's role covers just that. To do well in this role you will most likely need at least 3 years experience working with retail systems. You will need to maintain regular contact and build effective relationships with the key people within client organisations. You will be expected to be across all their issues as well as their current and future projects.
You will then be responsible for engaging our resources to work with our customers to ensure smooth and effective systems operations. Occasional travel interstate and internationally will be required.
